Farmhouse on the Flat

Little farmhouse in the country just two miles west of Weiser, Idaho, the Hub of the Universe. This Turn-of-the-Century charmer has two bedrooms, one bathroom, large eat-in kitchen, large yard, and off-road parking. Train-lovers Paradise! Nearby railroad tracks with about 10 trains per day. Surrounded by wheat fields, with a view of Indianhead. Pets are welcome as long as they are completely house trained. Pets of at least one year of age and completely house trained are welcome. Outdoor kennel available for dogs if needed. Hunters, fishers, and outdoor lovers welcome. Plenty of off-street parking for ATVs. The main level of the Farmhouse is completely available, though the basement has been made inaccessible to guests due to the steepness of the stairs. Huge yard and driveway space available as well. Lots of parking available! My parents live just down the road in case guests need assistance with anything, and I am available by cell phone in case they cannot be reached. Rural setting and very private. This is a rural location, so public transportation is not readily available. Lots of on-site parking available! The house is close to the railroad tracks with about 10 trains per day, and some at night. If you are a light sleeper you may want to bring noise-cancelling headphones or earplugs.
