Individual Room with Shared Bathroom

This unique room has a style of its own. Well thought-after room with queen size bed, a desk, and lots of shelf space. There are 2 rooms shown (Green and Red) but only 1 will be available for booking, the 2 rooms share a bathroom. House is within 5 minutes driving to all the shopping malls and 20 minutes driving to Philadelphia, Marlton is among a plethora of malls and shopping centers, low end to high end. It's also within 20 minute driving to Philadelphia. Please note kitchen usage isn't allowed, this is mainly talking about the stove. Please feel free to use the microwave oven. Please talk to the host, who is usually home by 5 30, about using the oven.
