This ravishingly beautiful house is located in Kranjčići, a little village in the center of Istria. Due to its favorable location at the very end of a small street, you may enjoy a peaceful and quiet stay in a unique, off-the-beaten-path setting. Heading inside, you will find lovely decorated interiors, made with great attention to detail. A house with a soul, which makes you feel at home from the moment you cross the threshold. The house is surrounded by a secluded yard, framed with stone walls, which ensure privacy as well as security. Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 7 € per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. House for 6-8 persons: approx. 132 m2 on three floors. The ground floor comprises an open-plan kitchen with dining area, a large double bedroom with king-size bed and direct access to the yard, and a bathroom with shower. The first floor comes with one double bedroom with queen-size bed and a bathroom with bathtub. The attic features a large bedroom with a queen-size double bed, two single beds and air conditioning.
