Villa directly by the sea

Our villa (about 180 square meters) stands directly by the sea. It is centrally located in the village of Mola Kaliva. In the immediate vicinity you will find supermarket, bakery and restaurants. We rent for up to 8 people. Downstairs there is a kitchen, a large bathroom with shower and 2 bedrooms. A large comfortable terrace overlooking the garden and the sea invites you to linger. To the upper floor belong next to a kitchen line a bathroom with bath, 2 bedrooms, a large lounge. In addition, there is a large balcony from which you can enjoy the view of the sea.   The use of the garden (about 120 square meters) is, of course, always possible. On the terrace is a small barbecue, which you can use any time. Through a small gate at the end of the garden you will reach the sea.
