House is on the Round Up parade route and the front yard is elevated above the sidewalk for a great view. Home has many vintage details with spacious but cozy feeling rooms. Updated heat and A/C on both levels. Small patio with new gas Bbq located next to house. Host may be on site in separate upstairs unit. The neighborhood is mixed residential, older homes and businesses on one side and a park and the Umatilla river to the North and west. Home is close the the heart of downtown Pendleton. You will love the convenient location! Getting around is easy on foot, bike or car. Wild Horse casino shuttle is available during Round Up or you can arrange a shuttle pick up with the casino. The Riverwalk and park are right next to the house. Enjoy a nice stroll to town or find a bench to sit and relax on the river.
