Centro Medico Dominicano (hospital) nearby, pharmacy, dry cleaners, and there are two convenience stores within walking distance right around the corner. Downtown Center (mall) and the Parque Mirador Sur are within 7 to 10 minutes by car. In the Dominican Republic, you can use UBER if you don't have a car.
