We offer a private shuttle service from either airport. It’s best to pre-arrange your airport transfer. However, there are other means of public transportation like the bus which could take about 30 min or another shuttle service. If you need assistance, let us know. We’d be happy to help! Other Things to Note: Please be aware there is the potential for noise from Malecón and downtown as these are busy areas. Although with the door closed it's quieter. If you are very noise sensitive, you’ll notice it 24/7. Per the HOA bylaws of the condo complex, noise of any kind is strictly forbidden after 9 pm and no pets allowed on the property. Please note guests must climb stairs to access the condo. Wi-Fi, SmartTV, bed linens, beach & bath towels and some essentials are provided free for guests during your stay. We provide some basic essentials complimentary upon arrival (note: these are not replenished. When you run out you’ll need to buy more): some bottled drinking water, a roll of paper towels, a set of napkins, a sponge, liquid soap & trash bags. And in each bathroom you’ll find a roll of toilet paper, some liquid hand soap, a dishwasher tablet, a bar of soap for the shower, and beach and bath towels. Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture or wall stains will be charged at the time of check out. There is no daily housekeeping service but if you’d like to arrange a cleaning during your stay, one can be arranged at an additional charge. Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee in this case, charged on the day of check in. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. HOUSE RULES: - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 9 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Pets are not allowed unless there is prior authorization and an extra fee may apply if such is given. - Please avoid hanging any towels, bathing suits or clothing on the balcony/terrace railings. Interaction with Guests: You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, with exclusive access to the condo and private terrace, but we’re available 7 days a week, should you need anything - just write us a message here.
