## Space Welcome to our home! The cosy living area has a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for relaxing in the evening, while the dining table and kitchen are great for social eating and cooking together. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, electric kettle, toaster, and fridge to easily prepare a tasty home cooked meal. The cooking utensils and kitchenware are provided for your use as well. The bedroom is complete with a double bed that will be made up with hotel quality linens as well as a wardrobe with plenty of storage space for you to make use of. The bathroom comes with a walk-in italian shower as well as fresh towels and complimentary toiletries too. I hope you have a fantastic stay! ## Access Flat located on the 1st floor with an elevator. You will have access to the whole apartment. ## Interaction My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. ## Neighborhood Located in the 11th arrondissement, in a lively district, more popular with Parisians than tourists. You will find at Bastille a true neighbourhood life. Bakeries, small shops and other mini markets (Monoprix) are a few meters from the apartment. The very famous Opéra Bastille is 3min from the apartment. The very trendy Marais district is 5min walk, with its many concept stores, small designers, thrift stores or the Bazaar of the Hotel de Ville (BHV), and the Rue de Rivoli... Place des Vosges, formerly Place Royale, is a 6min walk from the apartment. Like all Parisians, you will love to stroll and enjoy the last rays of sun before going for a glass of wine on a café terrace. On thursday and sunday there is a market near the flat on boulevard Richard Lenoir. ## Transit The metro Bastille is at 3 minutes by walk (line 1 - direct to the Marais, Louvre, Champs Elysees, Place de la Concorde, Place de l'Etoile, Defense - and line 8 - direct to the Opera Garnier, Lafayette Gallery and Printemps Department Stores, Place de la Madeleine, Invalides ...). The train station Gare de Lyon is only at 16 minutes by walk. You can also find there the automatic line 14 that will lead you in the heart of Paris. Nearby the flat, you will find many buses stations as well as Vélib bike stations (to rent a bike). ## Notes A baby cot can be at your disposal. Please let me know so that I can provide it for your stay. Please note we do charge a 20€ late check-in fee after 10PM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Ref.
