In the winter, groomed cross-country trails and toboggan slopes offer recreational fun for the whole family. But there are also excursions in the surrounding area: Rübeländer dripstone caves, the Brocken, Harzer narrow-gauge railway, Western city Pullmann City Harz, Königshütter Waterfall.
