In the flat, each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and toilet. The duplex is the ideal spot to spend some quality time with your family, kids or friends. It is also very well fitted as a working space, should you be tired of working at home all the time. Here you can work at home, away from home! This bright, modern duplex is centrally located so that everything is within walking distance. Very easy to reach by public transport. The Space: This wonderful duplex is very luminous and has a high quality finishing. It consists of a bright, spacious living/dining room with sunny patio, a fully equipped, open plan kitchen with storage area, downstairs toilet, two bedrooms upstairs (each with ensuite bathroom and toilet) and a small, sunny terrace. Guest Access: Guests have full access to the entire apartment, which includes the hall, living room, open kitchen, dining area with large table for 6, 2 bedrooms (each with ensuite bathroom) and terrace to enjoy a sunny day or sit outside on a warm summer evening. The apartment is entered with a key. The instructions are provided 3 days in advance. The Neighborhood: Surrounding this new, modern duplex you can find the Maria - Hendrika park, nearby you have the Marina with the famous sailing ship Mercator, and after a 15 min walk you arrive at the beach. In the area you have a lot of shops, bars and bistros. Getting Around: Public transport: buses are the most common in this area. The railway station is at a 10 min walk. There you can also take the tramway to other coastal towns. Other Things to Note: *** EXTRA INFORMATION *** - We provide prepared beds with the high-quality bed linen. One pair of bed linens per guest, per stay. More bed linen can be ordered during your stay at a surcharge. Linen for a baby bed is not included. - We provide soft and thick bath towels. One big and one small towel per guest, per stay. More bath towels can be ordered during your stay at a surcharge. - We provide a Nespresso machine and 2 free capsules per guest, per stay. - We provide Rituals, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shower gel, hand-soap good for 3 days. - We provide a few starting amenities enough for at least 3 days: sugar, olive oil, pepper & salt, hand wash, detergent, kitchen-towel, kitchen-cloth and a kitchen sponge, kitchen paper and trash bin with bags. *** HOUSE RULES *** - We do not allow smoking. - We do not allow parties. - Pets are not allowed. - We do not allow guests under 26 years. We can make an exception upon request. - We ask all our guests to respect the low noise hours between 22:00 - 08:00. - We ask all our guests to use everything with respect as if it were their own. In case of damage, the paid deposit will be kept for the respective amount. A secure link will be sent to you via Swikly for which you need a credit card. The charged fees for things like accommodation and cleaning are split in 90% for real estate rental and 10% for rental of furniture.
