This is a fantastic 3 bed 3 bath villa with a family sized HEATED POOL located on a large corner plot on the La Torre golf resort.. It's 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are arranged over 2 levels with full central heating and built-in air conditioning in the lounge and all bedrooms. The details are as follows: The Lounge has two 3 seat sofas, one of which also converts to a fold out bed if required, a 40” LED smart TV with UK and European TV channels, a DVD player with a variety of films and high speed WiFi internet access. A selection of books, games and children's toys are also provided. The Dining area has a large solid wood table with 6 chairs, with a child hi-chair available on request. The Kitchen is fully fitted with a built in oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and granite work surfaces, with a washing machine in the separate utility room. MASTER BEDROOM (1st Floor): Double bed, built in wardrobes and en-suite with a bath and shower above. There is a small front balcony and a larger sun terrace at the rear over-looking the pool and garden. Built-in remote control air conditioning unit. BEDROOM 2 (1st Floor): Twin single beds, built in wardrobes and en-suite with shower.
