They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. ## Neighborhood Formerly a working class district, the XIth arrondissement is now one of the most ""trendy"" districts of the capital, especially on the Place de la Bastille side with many bars with different atmospheres. The district is also rich in theatres and concert halls, such as the Bataclan, the Bastille theatre and the Balajo. You can also enjoy yourself at the Cirque d'Hiver and the Bastille Opera. Moreover, it is the most festive district of Paris, thanks to its multitude of bars and restaurants, full of life and madness on the Bastille side, more chic towards Oberkampf. But you can also enjoy the peace and quiet of the hidden cities, including the Cité du Figuier and the Cité Durmar, or take a stroll along the Canal Saint-Martin. ## Transit The subway station BASTILLE (ligne 1, 5 and 8) is at 3 minutes by walk from the flat. It is direct for most of the places of interest in Paris : the Champs Elysees, the Marais, the Louvre Museum, the Garnier Opera, the Grands Magasins (Galeries Lafayette, Printemps and BHV), the Place de la Madeleine, the Place de la Concorde, the Arc de Triomphe, the business district La Défense,...). The train station Gare de Lyon is only at 16 minutes by walk. You can also find there the automatic line 14 which can lead you in the heart of Paris. Nearby the flat, you will find many buses stations as well as Vélib bike stations (to rent a bike). ## Notes Flat located on the 1st floor with an elevator. Kindly note that a baby cot can be available, do not hesitate to contact me about it. You can leave your luggage before check-in and after check-out on site.
