Relax at our gorgeous 5 bedroom villa in one of the popular neighborhoods of Runaway Bay. There is plenty to see and do in the local area. As a self-catering villa, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a toaster, coffee maker, all cooking and dining utensils, a freezer, a microwave and Jerk pan and grill in the garden. The villa is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. A lovely patio deck surrounded by beautiful palm trees is wrapped around a glistening pool which is kept shining and clean at all times by our wonderful house manager Mark, who also provides a tour guide service as well as an in house chef service at a very reasonable additional cost. A six seater vehicle is also available for rental please discuss all extra costs with host. This villa has 5 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 14. Ground floor the first bedroom is ensuite and you will find a double bed and a smart tv for your comfort and relaxation . In the second ensuite bedroom on ground floor, there is a double bed and smart tv. On the first floor : The third bedroom is ensuite and contains contains a double bed and smart tv. The fourth bedroom contains two double beds for extra sleeping space for children . The fifth bedroom contains two double bed too and both bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with a bath tub and shower. There are 4 bathrooms. The first bathroom on the ground floor has a toilet and sink and a bath with a shower. The next bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. The third bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. The fourth bathroom has a toilet and sink and a bath and shower. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. If you wish you can have maid service whilst you are staying at the property at an extra small cost. The very large lounge and dining area is open plan with a large kitchen leads to the patio and pool perfect for entertaining parties and small celebrations. Large smart tv for your entertainment. 24 hour cameras for all external areas of property for added security. House Rules: - Check-in time is 12 noon and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed in the house. - There are on-site parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are not allowed at the property.
