NEST 25 - Beautiful Villa with Garden and Jacuzzi near the beach

Summary: Welcome to this Beautiful Holiday Home with Garden and Jacuzzi at the Belgian seaside! Ingrid and Jacques, the owners, completely renovated this villa during the summer of 2020 with the goal of creating a cozy nest. Their aim is to pamper you and provide you with a carefree vacation near the North Sea. Located 500 meters from Westende beach, between Nieuwpoort and Ostend. In a quiet residential area at the end of a dead end road. The Space: On the ground floor, there's a spacious yet pleasant living room with authentic oak parquet and a comfortable sofa to watch television or gather with the entire family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen has oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, percolator and Nespressso coffee machine (small capsules). On the first floor, there are four comfortable bedrooms. Two rooms have king-size double beds and the other two rooms have single beds. There are two bathrooms (one with bath and the other with a shower) and in total, there are three toilets. The fenced garden offers is ideal for a relaxing holiday with many possibilities such as petanque, BBQ and as icing on the cake there is a jacuzzi. The terrace is faced South for you to enjoy a long cosy summer. The garden has a shed to keep it safe for children. Possibility of parking up to five cars in front of the villa. Guest Access: Guests have private access to the entire villa with garden. Check-in instructions are provided 2 days before arrival. The Neighborhood: - Seaside: The dike and the sea are 500 meters away. - Sport & Walks: A multitude of walks and bike trails are available close by. The golf course (West-golf) is 1.5 km away. Padel, tenis and mini golf. - Culture: “Flanders fields”, Bruges is 45 minutes away, Diksmude, Nieuport city. various museum, kinepolis Ostend. - Culinary: Many restaurants Regional beers, gray shrimps and other seafood. Getting Around: ***PRIVATE PARKING*** There's private parking on the driveway of the house good for 5 cars. ***PUBLIC TRANSPORT*** Close to the apartment, there's a tram stop. This coastal tram brings you along the entire Belgian coast from Knokke to De Panne. You can also take the bus as there's a bus stop at only 200 meters. A ticket will cost you € 2,5. Other Things to Note: *** EXTRA INFORMATION *** - We provide prepared beds with the high-quality bed linen. One pair of bed linens per guest, per stay. More bed linen can be ordered during your stay at a surcharge. Baby bed linen is not included. - We provide soft and thick bath towels. One big and one small towel per guest, per stay. More bath towels can be ordered during your stay at a surcharge. - We provide a Nespresso machine and 2 free capsules per guest, per stay. - We provide Rituals, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shower gel, hand-soap good for 3 days. - We provide a few starting amenities enough for at least 3 days: sugar, olive oil, pepper & salt, handwash, detergent, kitchen-towel, kitchen-cloth and a kitchen sponge, kitchen paper and trash bin with bags. We also provide dishwasher tablets if a dishwasher is available. *** HOUSE RULES *** - We do not allow smoking. - We do not allow parties. - If pets are allowed, an extra charge of 50 euros will be charged for hygiene reasons. This is only upon request and after confirmation. - We do not allow guests under 26 years. We can make an exception upon request. - We ask all our guests to respect the low noise hours between 22:00 - 08:00. - We ask all our guests to use everything with respect as if it were their own. In case of damage, the paid deposit will be kept for the respective amount. A secure link will be sent to you via Swikly for which you need a credit card. The charged fees for things like accommodation and cleaning are split in 90% for real estate rental and 10% for rental of furniture. Interaction with Guests: We respect your privacy 100%!
