Shasta Marina at Packers Bay's Sumerset Houseboat.

The Sumerset is our newest and largest addition to our houseboat fleet! It is a 16' X 65' houseboat with a hull design. The cabin is the full width of the boat. We call it the reverse floor plan, as the kitchen and living room are in the back of the boat. This allows you to look out on the water, watch the swimmers, wake boarders and skiers while preparing meals or just relaxing in the living room. The Sumerset will sleep up to 20 people with six private staterooms, two with queen size beds, two with full size beds, one with double bunk full size beds, and one with a queen size convertable sofa bed. The living room/kitchen area has a dining booth that converts to a full-size bed and two queen size convertible sofa beds. There is also a large lounging area on the top deck that can sleep an additional two. There are two full bathrooms with glass-enclosed showers and plenty of storage. The kitchen is beautiful and spacious. There's a full size double door refrigerator, full size stove, dishwasher, compactor and microwave, all in stainless steel. All of the dishes and cookware are chosen for their superior quality in order to make you feel right at home. The dinning booth has a bar on either side for more seating. The lounge is luxuriously furnished with ceiling fans, a gas fireplace, an entertainment center/flat screen TV and a DVD/CD player. The upper deck has a hardtop covering half the deck (including the fly bridge) with a stereo at the helm. There is also an 8-person hot tub, sundeck and a swim slide along with 15 built-in bar stools for ample seating. There is a large wet bar with a gas barbecue, an ice maker, and a large screen TV. This boat is our most luxurious. To help ensure the health and safety of everyone, guests will need to bring all linens and food items. Fuel cost is guest's responsibility at the time of check-out.
