ADA compliant for wheelchair accessibility with transfer shower. Only 9 min to Mount Sunapee; the Moss Creek Room is located downstairs and is one of 12 rooms in the historic Brook Road Inn. The rooms are rustic, in the building's historic style, and the Moss Creek Room offers a queen bed and a private bath. The door locks from both the inside and outside for privacy and safety. There is no Kitchen. There is a shared area with fridge, toaster, and microwave. Although there is 24/7 video surveillance, staff isn’t on the property at all times. Guests must be comfortable being self-sufficient from check in to check out. The Wi-Fi is as good as it gets in this part of the state (25/2mb) and can be slow for those used to faster speeds. Only Verizon has cell phone service in this area, however there is a land line phone in the kitchen for guest use in case of emergency. During the warm season enjoy the deck, equipped with a grill.
