Cottage 2, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath (Sleeps 7) Here at Rock Harbor Cottages we have only 5 units spread across nearly 3 acres of mature trees. Waterfront access on the property with a gravel patio, fish cleaning table, and 110 ft pier with 4, 20 ft finger docks. Fully furnished. Sleeps 7, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. Bedroom 1; 1 Queen bed, Bedroom 2; 1 set of twin bunk beds, and a full bed, in the living room 1 full sleeper sofa. Air Conditioning, heat, flat screen cable tv, and Wifi. It includes a fully equipped kitchen (full size fridge, oven, and stove, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, all necessary utensils, dishes, pots and pans, ect...). Outside there is a gas grill, fire ring, wooden deck with table and chairs, with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. The cottage is approximately 150 yards from the dock where you can catch bass, bluegill, catfish, perch, and crappie or just sit back and watch the day float by and catch beautiful sunsets. The rental includes a free dock space that can accommodate up to a 22 ft boat. To keep our prices low we do not offer linens (sheets, pillowcases, and towels) We do provide comforters and pillows. Please bring necessary sheets, pillowcases, and towels with you. If this is an issue please contact me. Also from the property we operate Reef Bobber Charters. Fish western Lake Erie for Walleye, Smallmouth Bass, and Perch aboard the Reef Bobber IV. The Reef Bobber IV is a 28 foot Marinette Sport Fishermen with a beam of 11 feet. The fishing deck is large enough to accommodate up to 6 fisherman and crew with large coolers for seating. Under the convertible soft top is seating for 9 to get out of the sun and weather. Under the bow is plenty of room to store your gear and a toilet for when nature calls. The boat is fully equipped, insured, and Coast Guard inspected and approved. Our Captains, Brad Miller and Dan Cooksey, are United States Coast Guard and State of Ohio Licensed Guides with a lifetime of experience. We offer sunset, 1/2 day, and full day walleye, perch, and smallmouth bass fishing charters. Also custom trips, private island taxi service, dock and dine cruises to either Put in Bay and Kelleys Island available.
