The Yard is private with a combination of fence and retaining walls and a retractable driveway safety net to keep children and pets more contained. The Guest house has a kitchenette, bathroom with shower, a Queen sized bed, a double bunk bed, and trundle single beds. With an attached deck with a 7-person hot tub. The garage has a private gym with elliptical Machine and bow flex extreme SE, jump rope, Bosu, ball, etc The rental includes all described amenities, with Linens and towels provided.
