Coconut Caye is a newly renovated vacation property that is perfect for a large family or a multi family get away! With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms there is room for everyone to spread out for privacy but come together for fun and laughter in the open great room and dining room floor plan... or enjoy your coffee or a sunset on the expansive covered deck with views of the gulf! The master bedroom has a King bed with a private en-suite. The downstairs guest bedroom has a Queen bed and a guest bathroom with shower and laundry. The upstairs offers guest bedroom #1 with 2- Full Size beds and guest bedroom #2 with a Queen bed + 2- Twin XL's and the 3rd full bathroom. Everyone can fit around the 10 foot dining table after cooking a delicious meal in the beautiful and fully stocked kitchen! You can also enjoy some quiet time while the kids relax in their own play space. We are located just 300 steps from the beach with direct public access at the end of the road. Convenient to restaurants in Mexico Beach and Port St Joe.
