## Space My apartment can accommodate 8 guests in its three bedrooms with 3 beds 140 and a sofa bed. 2 bathrooms with shower and hairdryer will be at your disposal. To ensure you the best comfort, I also provide sheets and towels! The kitchen is fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, etc.) opening into a dining room with a large table for group meals and the living room with TV will allow you to spend time with friends or family. ## Access Guests will have access to the entire home! ## Interaction My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. ## Neighborhood Considered as the historical cradle of Bordeaux merchants, the Chartrons district extends from the Jardin Public to the quays, passing through the very cosmopolitan and trendy Notre Dame district. Located on the banks of the Garonne, the district still rustles with memories of its maritime past, fuelled by the shipping of Bordeaux wines. You can stroll through the lively streets and numerous antique shops or stop for lunch in one of its many small restaurants that abound on the pavements. ## Transit The Camille Godard stop is 100 metres from the apartment (tram C). From the train station, you can easily reach the apartment by taking the C line directly to the apartment. From the airport, bus 1 will take you to the city centre. A self-service bicycle station is located next to the apartment. ## Notes Pets are allowed (Dogs only). Please note we do charge a 20€ late check-in fee after 10PM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Ref.
