The well-furnished apartment “Ferienwohnung Merk” is situated in the village of Neukirch, between Friedrichshafen and Wangen im Allgäu, and is perfect for relaxing holidays in the Lake Constance hinterland. The 55 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom (a bathtub is not available) and is therefore ideal for 2 people (an additional single bed can be added on request). Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite television, a children's bed (for children up to the age of 3) and a highchair. You can start the day with breakfast on the spacious balcony, and in the shared garden, you can spend the evenings with tasty meals from the barbecue (use upon request). In the village you will find a supermarket, a restaurant and cash terminals within a 6-minute walk (450 m), a bakery can be found 7 km or an 8-minute drive away in Laimnau, and in the town of Wangen, a 17-minute drive (13 km) from Neukirch, there will be many shops, cafés, restaurants and pharmacies. The area offers numerous great hiking and cycling opportunities through scenic landscapes, and the popular hiking route “Hasenpfad” starts a 14-minute drive (11 km) from the apartment. In winter, a skiing area can be reached after 20 km or a 22-minute drive. The closest beach, where you can swim in the clear blue water of Lake Constance with lovely views of the Swiss Alps in the background, is a 20-minute drive (16.5 km) away, in Kressbronn. The pretty centre of Friedrichshafen, a 30-minute drive (20 km) from Neukirch, invites you to visit the Zeppelin museum, stroll about the lake promenades and explore its beaches. Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed. A washing machine and a dryer are in the basement and can be used at a charge of €4 for the washing machine and €2 for the dryer. Bicycles can be parked inside the house. E-bikes can also be charged. -
