## Space Welcome to my home! Just minutes away from the Louvre and all its masterpieces lining in its grand halls, you will appreciate the convenience and elegance of my home. Step inside and be greeted by a chic, Parisian open living space with dusty pink walls, large windows and midcentury furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools to make any meal you desire. So pop a capsule with coffee machine, enjoy some warm toast, and relax on the six-person dining table with a local newspaper or book. There two bedrooms with queen-size beds and double-couch in the living room (with a real mattress). All of them have hotel quality linens and duvets to ensure you get a comfortable rest after venturing Paris. Complimentary towels, soap and shampoo can be found in the bathrooms. One has a walk-in shower and the other one has both a walk-in shower and a bath. Have a great stay in my home and your time in Paris. ## Access Guests will have access to the entire home! ## Interaction My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. ## Neighborhood The chic Palais-Royal is named after the 17th-century Palais-Royal, a former palace with a contemporary art-filled park. Its arcades are home to high-end luxury boutiques, and the famed Le Grand Véfour restaurant where Napoleon courted Joséphine. The nearby Japanese quarter, centered on Rue Sainte-Anne, is known for ramen, while Molière’s plays are staged at the Comédie Française theater. The Louvre Museum and is famed artworks are also located near the neighbourhood while Champs Elysées, Arc de Triomphe and Notre Dame Cathedral are within 20 minutes from my home. ## Transit Getting around central Paris can achieved easily by foot via Metro. The nearest station is Palais Royal Musée du Louvre (right-next to The Louvre Museum) which connects to line 1 and 7; a direct line to monuments such as Arc De Triomphe or Cathedral Sacré-Cœur (via Line 12 at Station Concorde). Alternatively, Taxis and Uber are available for your convenience if you need to get somewhere far or fast. ## Notes Please note we do charge a 20€ late check-in fee after 10PM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Free Wifi Ref.
