We have chosen for a standard of 2 weeks before arrival, because the situation is very unstable at the moment. - We will refund your money in the event of a ban on entering the region where the holiday home you have booked is located. - If we are going to rebook your holiday in another period, we will ensure that the amount already paid (in advance) is transferred to the new booking. Possible settlements will also take place immediately. - If we have to cancel your holiday, you will receive your money back on your account within one week. So you can book your holiday with us without worries. In case Villa for You can deliver the holiday but you want to cancel, the standard cancellation conditions apply. - For each every guest, not having a 'Corona passport' (European digital COVID certificate)at the moment this is required to travel to the concerning destination or to stay in the holiday home, is not a valid reason to cancel free of charge. - Despite the Corona passport, each country remains responsible for setting its own entry requirements and rules, which are not standardised at EU level. This means that in addition to the Corona passport, additional rules may apply to your stay, such as the validity period of your vaccination or the requirement for an additional (booster) vaccination. These extra rules are also not a valid reason for cancelling your stay free of charge. - Quarantine measures are also not a valid reason to cancel free of charge. Villa for You is not responsible for unavoidable or extraordinary circumstances before or during your booked holiday period as a result of (adjusted) Corona measures, unless these measures are about a ban on entry in the region where the holiday home you have booked is located. Accommodation description: This very comfortable and stylishly furnished chalet is ideally located between the ski slope (about 500 metres from the ski lift) and the centre of Mülbach. A perfect place in summer and winter for lovers of nature and active holidays in the open air. After an active day in the mountains, you can relax in the wellness area with sauna or enjoy the sunset behind the mountain peaks from the balcony of this holiday home. The chalet is a semi-detached type and you will be staying in the half of the house on the left-hand side. On the ground floor you will find a modern living room with a fully equipped open kitchen. From here you can walk straight to the terrace. On the ground floor you will also find a bedroom with bathroom. On the first floor you will find three bedrooms and two bathrooms. After an active day in the mountains, you can fully relax in the wellness area with sauna. In the ski storage room with ski boot warmers, your clothes can dry easily so that you can hit the slopes again quickly the next day. At about 750 metres from the chalet is the centre of Mühlbach. Here you will find a supermarket for your daily groceries, some nice apres-ski bars and a very good restaurant where you can enjoy local dishes. This is easily accessible by the through road where the chalet is located. The area of the Hochkönig owes its name to the 2.941 meter high mountain, which is part of a beautiful mountain massif. Winter sports enthusiasts can enjoy the 120 km long skiing area. The slopes are wide and generally quiet. Therefore, you can make exciting skitours. For the experienced skier or snowboarder there are no less than 3 funparks and freeride possibilities. The Hochkönig is part of the Ski Amadé umbrella ski region. The Snow Space Salzburg and Schladming-Dachstein areas are also part of this. In summer, you can hike or mountain bike to endless destinations.
