This beautiful apartment for six people is located in a quiet, spacious park, not far from the Giethoorn Centre. The house has a private jetty with a swimming ladder. Cooling and refreshment are offered right at the house! The architecture in this area is characterised by a low roofline, as a protection against the wind. The low roofline is intercepted by a beautiful ceiling window. By default, there are three bedrooms, one bathroom and a separate toilet. Some houses of this kind even have a second bathroom. There are several homes similar to this one in the park although interior and surroundings can differ from the photos. All the houses are of the same quality and standard. The house is equipped with all amenities, including Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, central heating, a dishwasher and a microwave. Moreover, you can park two cars at the house. The property also has a private dock with a swimming ladder. This spacious park in Giethoorn, the "Venice of the North" is located on the edge of the nature reserve Weerribben. Go sailing, fishing, swimming or take up hiking and biking or just relax on your private terrace. You can book an electric sloop or boat; it will be anchored in front of your house. Enjoy fishing in the park without a licence. How about a dive from your private jetty into the refreshing water? In the nature reserve Weerribben Wieden you may encounter bitterling, stickleback, gudgeon, rudd, roach, pike, bream, perch, pike-perch, white bream, tench and pos. Night fishing is allowed in your villa; please make sure that you do not cause any disturbance. You can also fish in the park for a small fee. Night fishing without noise is allowed during your stay. The Bodelaeke by Smink restaurant has a covered terrace and a boules court. A play beach with a pirate ship is especially open for children. There is a swimming area, limited by buoys, for children up to a depth of 130 cm. You can also rent bicycles and e-bikes in the park. Bodelaeke is still under construction.
