The cottage is set on St Ives Road in Chy an Gweal, Carbis Bay. A charming Victorian cottage built around 1860 it is 10 minutes walk from the beautiful beach at Carbis Bay. Perfect for traditional seaside family holidays and also walkers who want to explore the fabulous local areas and beyond. Behind the traditional granite exterior is a 3 bedroom lovely family space with oak floors, beamed ceilings and all the modern essentials: lcd tv, wi fi, fully equipped brand new kitchen for 2022 with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer and microwave. Bedroom 1 has a King Size bed with sea views across St Ives Bay and out to Godrevy Lighthouse. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and a garden view and bedroom 3 has a single bed. There is also a travel cot available. To add to the cottage’s charm there are also wood-burning stoves in both the living room and kitchen areas which are wonderful for cosy evenings . Newly refurbished bathroom for 2022. Including luxury brass fittings and rainfall shower. We also have a useful Utility area situated off the kitchen which is great to store all your beach equipment.! The cottage is ideal for those who want to explore this beautiful part of Cornwall along with the immediate local area. Bryher Cottage is also within walking distance to St Ives town with its shops, pubs and restaurants. Externally there is a private garden with hedging and patio area with outdoor furniture and parking at the rear of the property for one car.
