Come enjoy our upper 2-bedroom apartment in charming Port Washington filled with personal, welcoming touches. We live in a quiet neighborhood on Billy Goat Hill, which overlooks the downtown. The location is very walkable and close to fishing, swimming, boating, biking, shops, pubs, farmers' market, homemade ice cream , and historical sites of interest. We live downstairs and often will be here if you have any needs or concerns, but are very conscious of your desire for privacy. Our home was built in 1910 and has the charm and coziness of a Victorian home, but with today's conveniences. A wonderful hide-away for a night, weekend, or longer. We have several pets and invite you to bring your pet along to enjoy the area with you. We do not charge any extra pet fee, so please clean up after your fur-friends. When gone, please crate your pets or ensure they will not destroy anything out of anxiety. We have extra sheets in the livingroom closet, if you want to put on furniture so pets can curl up. If needed, we have extra pet supplies and can direct you to a wonderful local pet store 2 blocks away. You will have the privacy of your own apartment but feel free to utilize parking, the yard, lawn games, and outdoor seating, laundry space, clothesline, gas grill, and fire pit (upon request). Please feel free to utilize our WiFi, Netflix, Disney Plus or Amazon Prime channels. We are often home and willing to talk, answer questions. but want to give you privacy. You can reach us by text, calling, or email, or stopping down. Our neighborhood is tucked away at the top of Billy Goat Hill (one of seven hills Port Washington is built upon). It is a wonderful combination of privacy and accessibility to all the city has to offer! Most restaurants and places of interest are easily within walking distance of 5 blocks or less. We have a binder with local attractions listed for you. Feel free to bring bikes, kayaks for further adventures We hope you enjoy exploring downtown, the lakefront, and bike path, all within 5 blocks. We want you to have a comfortable and safe stay and, therefore, gladly follow cleaning and sanitizing recommendations Air BnB have provided in their enhanced cleaning protocol. Our kitchen is fully stocked and, if you don't have it, we probably do. We provide fresh fruit, some staples, spices and condiments, and plenty of coffee and tea. We also stock our bathroom with shampoos, lotion, soaps, hair dryer, and other toiletries. The livingroom has a basket of books, DVDs, and board games for your enjoyment.
