Nice three-room apartment on the 2nd and last floor of a small building of 4 apartments in the center of Lido degli Scacchi and about 150 meters from the sea. Lido degli Scacchi is one of the best beaches for families with children. The apartment is composed as follows: entrance into the living room, kitchenette, double bedroom, bedroom with two beds, bathroom with shower with curtain, balcony with a beautiful view of the center of the Scacchi beach. BASIC AND FINAL CLEANING: The final cleaning by the tenant is obligatory upon return of the accommodation on the day of departure. This entails the reorganization of the house and its perfect cleaning (including the removal of any rest of food, the cleaning of cutlery, kitchen utensils, waste disposal, etc.). This final cleaning must be done by the tenant, if it is not carried out correctly a penalty equal to the cost of the additional final cleaning service will be applied. The final cleaning service can be requested by the tenant upon check-in with payment of the relative cost. The price does NOT INCLUDE THE TOURIST TAX (to be paid on the spot and in cash) of € 0.30 PER PERSON PER NIGHT, up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights. Children under the age of 12 are excluded from payment.
