This house has two terraces, one above large sundeck. It is located on the water in a beautiful location with unobstructed views of the Westeinderplassen. The interior is nice and bright, spacious living room with an open kitchen. Furthermore, the floating house has two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. If you love water sports atmosphere, but do not want to sleep on a real boat, this is a perfect home for a wonderful nautical stay in a marina. On nice days, you are likely to remain outside a lot and you have the choice between two terraces. The smaller terrace below is ideal for breakfast and lunch. On the large sun deck above enjoy the sun and a clear view over the Westeinderplassen and the marina, where the floating house is located. This terrace is accessible via a staircase at the front of the house. Free WiFi is available outside the marina. You can use it on the decks of the boats and in the showroom of Kempers Watersport while enjoying a cup of coffee. This house has a view of the marina from the living room, and from the roof terrace you also have a view of the Westeinderplassen! Have your own boat you want to take? The house has a private jetty. There is a boat lift that you can use for a fee. In addition, see the Marina reception, a water sports shop and a restaurant. In business you can do all kinds of water sports equipment for rent to make your stay especially with children for a special treat! The Westeinderplassen lie on the border between North and South Holland. Many sailing and water sports activities take place at the ponds for young and old. In a short distance you will find major cities such as Amsterdam and Haarlem, but also smaller cities and the coast as Noordwijk and Katwijk is close (20 minutes by car).
