La Marette is situated on the edge of the village which is in itself situated within a Bird Sanctuary and Natural Reserve yet only 10 minutes from the golden beaches of the Vendee! This well maintained and pretty villa consists of 3 double / tripple bedrooms plus a self contained studio with king sized bed and bed settee with its own toilet and wet room. The main house has well proportioned bathroom including sofa bath with shower and fitted corner shower cabinette, including massage jets. There is a seperate toilet. The open plan lounge / dinner / kitchen is well equipped with log burner and leads onto a large patio and attractive 2000 sq meter garden. The 10 x 5 meter pool is heated and is surrounded by countryside, palm trees and bamboo. It is cleaned and maintain every morning. The pool area is set within a fenced garden to the side of the villa. It is surrounded by roses, lavander and Russian sage. Sunbeds and a pool side table and chairs are provided. On the main patio, accessed via french doors from both the main house and the studio is a large table with benches and a gas barbeque plus large garden swing chair. The studio and the main bedroom overlook the pool. There is a children's play area with swings, trampoline and tabletennis and an outdoor toy box. Exchange library, games and Netlix provided.
