HOUSE for 2 to 4 PERSONS, 100M from the SEA (banks of Rance) and the hold of the Landriais (site classified by UNESCO). The house is located in a private road (quiet assured) and offers direct access to the coastal path. The Minihic on Rance is a picturesque village of 1500 inhabitants located on the left bank of the estuary of Rance a few cables from Saint Malo (10 min), Dinard (5 min), and Dinan (15 min). The Village offers many opportunities for walking along the coastal path or trails. The house has just been renovated and offers every comfort. It has two floors, with a capacity of 4 people. On the ground floor the living room offers a sleeping possibility for two people as well as a bathroom. On the first floor, the equipped kitchen gives access to a large terrace overlooking Rance. On the second floor are the bedroom (double bed with possibility to put an umbrella bed), a room with a water point, WC and a washing machine.
