Stunning 4 Bedroom Country House - perfect for families!

Summary: Nestled in the heart of the countryside, this lovely, newly built country house is a perfect family escape! Boasting a spacious kitchen, 4 large double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room and a games room/kids playroom, our home create the perfect space for the most precious memories. (Early check in and late check outs are available subject to availability and will incur a small fee), The Space: The upstairs comprises 4 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 is a master bedroom with a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is another master bedroom with a king size bed, single sofa bed and an en-suite shower room. Bedroom 3 has a king size bed that can be converted into 2 single beds depending on your requirements. Bedroom 4 has 2 single beds. Family bathroom. We also have a travel cot. Downstairs is a light and airy entrance hall with a downstairs toilet, a warm and inviting living room with a wood burning stove for those cold winter nights! The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large table and 10 chairs - the perfect place for family gatherings and dinner parties. A high chair is also available. We also have a TV/playroom with toys, books, board games, a TV and even an Xbox One! There is also a sofa bed in here that will sleep two guests. Finally we have a utility room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. A dog bed is provided in here if you would like to bring your well behaved four-legged friend! This room leads directly out into the garage. Guest Access: The guest(s) will have full access to the house and all its amenities. The Neighborhood: We are located in the quiet village of Ashby Folville near Melton Mowbray. Take a stroll to our local pub The Carington Arms, just a 2 minute walk away. They serve lunch and evening meals using fresh local produce. They also have "Tuesday Curry Night" and "Friday Fish & Chips Night" and of course your traditional Sunday Lunch! Gluten free, vegetarian and vegan dishes are always on the menu. This is the ideal location for those wanting to escape to the peaceful countryside and go for lovely long walks! Rural Leicestershire is beautiful and there are plenty footpaths to explore. There are also lots of things to do nearby - Melton Mowbray is famous for Pork Pies and Stilton Cheese! Further afield there is much more to enjoy, including Belvoir Castle, King Richard III Visitor Center, Twinlakes Park, Ragdale Hall Spa etc. Rutland Water Park is about a 30 minute drive away and well worth a visit. Here you can enjoy fishing, sailing, cycling and walking. In the summer months there is also an inflatable aqua park! Other Things to Note: Please note that the lead guests needs to be at least 33 years of age. Our home is pet friendly. A dog bed is provided in the utility area, but we ask that dogs do not go upstairs or on the furniture. You would never know the guest before you has had a pet in the property as we ensure our home is cleaned and maintained to the highest standard to ensure all out guests have the same experience. We also ask that guests do not set off any fireworks or confetti bombs. We Stay reserve the rights to cancel any reservation made, if the issue is beyond our control.
