If you want to experience the unique atmosphere of a marina from your own floating house, you have come to the right place. This beautiful houseboat has a sun terrace with uninterrupted views over the lakes and with two bedrooms the house is suitable for four people. The house is not big but cosy and the round windows have a nautical feel. The houseboat has two bedrooms, one of which has a bunk bed, a cosy living room with an open kitchen and a bathroom with shower. When the weather is nice, you will probably spend a lot of time outdoors, on the terrace on the ground floor you can lie in the specially designed doezelnet. From the large sun terrace on the upper floor you have a beautiful view over the Westeinderplassen and the marina where the floating house is located. This terrace can be reached from the outside via a staircase at the front of the house. The house is attached to the dock so that it cannot be sailed. Do you have your own boat(s) that you want to take with you? The house has its own landing stage. There is a boat lift that you can use for a fee. In the marina you will also find a reception, a water sports shop and a restaurant. In the shop you can borrow all kinds of water sports equipment, so that your stay is especially fun with children! Think SUP boards and other fun boards. Free WiFi is available outside the marina. You can use it on the decks of the yachts and in the showroom of Kempers Watersport while enjoying a cup of coffee. The Westeinderplassen lie on the border between North and South Holland. Many sailing and water sports activities for young and old. In a short distance you will find major cities such as Amsterdam and Haarlem, but also smaller cities and the coast as Noordwijk and Katwijk is close (about 20 minutes by car). Note: Please note that the range of the Wi-Fi is limited and you can only receive regional channels via the television. Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate.
