This is a charming three-bedroom villa located on the water's edge in the peaceful village of Sherman’s just five minutes north of Speightstown on the sought-after West Coast of Barbados. The property was beautifully renovated and offers comfortable Caribbean living all on one level. With a commanding beachfront position, the villa creates a perfect setting for your Barbados holiday. Featuring three bedrooms all with air-conditioning, sea views and en-suite bathrooms, this villa is perfect for a family, group of friends or an intimate couple’s retreat.  The open plan dining and living area flows out naturally to the expansive covered wooden deck overlooking the Caribbean Sea. A plunge pool, palm trees, hammocks and a historic cannon add to the charm of the home. There is a private beach gate with stairs down to the sea, guests can enjoy swimming in front of Little Good Harbour Hotel which has a calm enclosed swimming area perfect for small children. The villa is surrounded by many amenities and attractions with the renowned Fish Pot Restaurant just two doors down, Animal Flower Cave a 10-minute drive to the north and plenty of shopping and dining options in Speightstown and Holetown. Our concierge can also arrange a worry-free itinerary during your stay including catamaran cruises, airport transfers, island tours and much more. N.B. Please note that the entire property is non-smoking (and vaping) both indoors and outdoors. Air conditioning is available in all the bedrooms only. Your rental includes a cook and housekeeper service, 6 days per week, excluding public holidays. Please note that the cook leaves the property at 8pm. If the cook is required to stay on past 8pm a taxi must be provided at the expense of the guest. The cost of groceries is not included in the price. However, we can arrange to have your initial groceries delivered to the property for your arrival. This would be payable directly to our local house managers. This is a beachfront holiday rental. It should be noted that beaches change their shape and size from day to day, week to week, and month to month, mainly as a response to seasonal waves, currents, and tides. Every effort has been made to depict the beach in front of this property, but temporary changes may occur. Please note: This property has been approved for quarantine which is required for unvaccinated travellers to Barbados. There is a 6-7 day quarantine period pending return of test results after testing on Day 5. 24hr security is required during this period. Security prices vary from property to property so please contact us for an exact quote. Please ensure you have the correct level of travel/trip insurance to cover you for any cancellation including for Covid-19.* NOTE: COVID-19 POLICY Where cancellation is related to one of the following circumstances with regard to Covid-19 then guests would be granted a full credit on all monies paid for a future stay in the same house to be used within 12 months, subject to availability. Please note the levels of quarantine and/or curfews in place are not one of the criteria. The Covid-19 policy is only applicable in the event that: 1. The Barbados Government refuses passenger entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination or based on flight origin). 2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Barbados that prevents a guest from travelling. 3. A level 4 CDC Warning or Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Barbados must exist. At least one of these criteria must be in place 3 weeks in advance of your scheduled date to be able to postpone your trip for up to 12 months. Please note your own travel/trip insurance is still required to cover all other kinds of cancellation including if you or a member of your group tests positive for Covid-19 before or during your trip. Tropical Island Rentals, the local house managers and the owners of the properties will not be responsible for any costs relating to the testing of guests while on the island. Refunds will not be applicable to anyone testing positive for COVID-19, which will result in them and their party not being able to travel or not able to continue to stay at the property booked if a positive test result is received in Barbados.
