Come and stay in this beautifully decorated, light, well located, 2 bedroom flat (sleeping up to 3 people) - perfect for people visiting London. Situated a stones throw away from Battersea Park and Chelsea's Kings Road it is the perfect base for anyone wanting to explore London. The flat is on the 1st floor with 1 flight of stairs to the flat entrance. The flat is also full of stylish art and decor for you to enjoy! Living and eating The living room is spacious and light with plenty of comfortable seating. A flat screen TV with Sky is yours to enjoy throughout your stay. The dining table is equipped with seating for up to 4 guests. Perfect to enjoy a sociable and relaxed dinner. The kitchen is well equipped including microwave, kettle, toaster, small fridge freezer, oven, hobs etc. Bedrooms and Bathrooms Master Bedroom: A lovely light room with a comfy king size bed that has lots of cupboard space. Second bedroom: A good sized room with lots of light containing a sofa bed. There is also a desk and chair if you need to get some work done during your stay. The Bathroom contains a shower, sink and WC. Linen, towels and bathroom essentials are all provided, as is a hair-dryer. House Rules - Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets - No candles - Dispose of rubbish appropriately - Keep the property clean and tidy - Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected - Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building - Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost *Once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee. **Check-in is between 3pm and 9pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check-ins between 9pm and 12am and £40 for check-ins past midnight. If you have any questions or queries regarding the above, please don't hesitate to get in touch as we're more than happy to help! ***Check-out is fixed at 10am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability.) This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late checkout. Please check with us so that we can confirm this with you in advance. A late checkout until 3pm is charged at a rate of £35. Anytime after that you will be required to purchase an extra nights stay.
