The larger master bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Inside there is a further bathroom with shower. The villa also has a large living room with a single sofa bed, a covered veranda and an outdoor area with a wooden roof, a garden and parking for two cars. The house is equipped with a solarium on the roof with a spectacular view of the Scopello sea from which it is possible to access via a special staircase. The house is located about one kilometer from the beautiful beach of "Calamazzo di Sciacca" and from the Baglio di Scopello where you can enjoy the famous "Pane Cunzato".
