This imposing and elegant villa is located 15 km south-west of Arezzo and divided in three spacious apartments. The setting is rather marvellous, in the middle of the Chiana Valley known for its lovely green hills. This large split level apartment has a large and pleasant living room, with an adjoining dining area with a fully equipped open kitchen. From the mezzanine in the living room there is a hallway leading to another mansard double bedroom with private bathroom. There is a further ‘reading room’ with double sofa bed that offers access onto a mansard double bedroom (open gallery). The apartment also has a further double bedroom with bathroom with mezzanine (open gallery) with 3 single beds. Overall the apartment has been renovated to a very good standard in a traditional Italian style with some authentic antique furniture. There is a vast garden surrounding the villa that includes a communal pool. The garden has been equipped for outdoor dining and has a barbeque at the disposal of the guests.
