Holiday home AVILA & the beautiful Lake Constance

Please note: If you book this beautiful apartment for three or four people, you will find plenty of space on the first floor (65 m²) and additionally in the studio downstairs (34 m²) with a total of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. However, if you book up to two people, you will only have the first floor with one bedroom, one bathroom, living room and kitchen. The beautiful vacation home "Avila" is located in a quiet residential area of Überlingen, a town on the northwestern shore of Lake Constance and is only a few minutes drive from the water. 

The 99 m² vacation home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and thus offers space for 4 people. 

Other amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a high chair. 

The spacious private outdoor area offers privacy, a garden and an open terrace with seating and sun loungers where you can enjoy the sun all day. 

There is also a parasol and an awning in case you want to retreat to the shade. 

You can reach a supermarket and stores after a 10-minute walk (850 m), and after 5 minutes by bus you can reach the charming town center right on the lake with many stores, cafes and restaurants. 

The bus stop is 1 minute, about 5 0m from the cottage. 

The nearest beach, Ostbad, is only 5 minutes by car or 2.6 km from the vacation home, next to a small marina and a surf school. 

There are many hiking and biking routes in the scenic area around Lake Constance. 

 Parking is available on the property. 

Bed linen and towels are included in the price. 

Small pets are allowed upon prior request without additional charges. The visitor's tax of 3,30€ per person and per day is to be paid on site to the host. -
