Terms and Conditions NO PARTIES POLICY We have a strict no parties policy at Nosh. While we love people having an enjoyable time at Nosh, parties can cause significant wear and tear and can result in damage to the property. They can also cause a disturbance to the neighbours which is very important to us. Family get togethers are great, anniversaries and birthdays are great, gatherings of friends and families are great, however if you are looking to have a rip roaring party then Nosh is not the property for you. We appreciate your understanding regarding this policy. No Pets policy (unless discussed and agreed to prior to your stay. I some cases we will allow dogs provided they are outside only.) No Smoking in the house. Guests are responsible for looking after the property, leaving it in good order and in a clean condition. Additional fees apply if the above policies are not observed. Guests also undertake to pay for damages, breakages or losses they may be responsible for during the period of their stay.
