We would like to inform you that the preparation of our apartment is done according to all the regulations about hygiene and disinfection to guarantee you a safe holiday. All our collaborators follow a strict policy and use specific products to disinfect all the environment according to the official recommendations. The linen supplied is washed and sterilized by a specialized company in order to grant security and cleanliness. The large spaces in the outdoor area and the swimming pool guarantee social distancing. Ground floor apartment in a charming stone house situated in the hills outside Lucca. Amazing view, delicious decor and access to a large fenced pool. WIFI. A characteristic stone-built farmhouse divided into three separate apartments. It is situated in a marvellous position among the hills just 15 km northeast of Lucca. The area is unspoiled with olive groves and vine yards but still conveniently located with easy access to Lucca and other interesting sites in Tuscany. The house has been totally restored in full respect of Tuscan tradition maintaining the beamed ceilings and the terra cotta floors. At the same time it has been supplied with all modern equipments such as Sat-tv and Blue Ray. The interiors are very tasteful in typical Tuscan style. The house is surrounded by a large garden from which there is a beautiful view over the landscape. Each apartment has its own furnished outdoor area in the garden with barbeque. About 100 mts below the house surrounded by the olive trees there is a beautiful swimming pool (7 x 14 mt, 1,20 - 2,50 mt deep) which has a cleaning system with salt and is totally fenced. It is shared between all guests. Even if the pool is fenced we remind you that children in or around the pool must be kept under adult supervision at all times. The apartment Oasi 2 is on the ground floor and consists of: Living/dining room (satellite tv hd and BluRay) with double sofa bed, kitchenette (fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, gas hob, micro, American coffee maker, kettle), a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. A double bedroom, bathroom with shower. Washing machine. Mosquito nets over the beds. The last 400 mt down to the house is gravel road not suitable for sport cars or very low cars. Parking inside the property, heating, internet connection. Iron, iron board, baby bed and high chair.
