These purpose built Suffolk Lodge holiday homes are set within 4 acres of private grounds within the medieval village of Coddenham. The Lodges have their own entrance and private off road parking area with paved footpaths leading to a decking ramp for the front door or continuing to the paved patio area for alfresco dining. The Lodges have an open plan lounge and kitchen/dining area, which over look the paddock towards the village, with a spacious double bedroom and shower room. The lounge offers a sofa, freeview flat screen television that is PC compatible, DVD player . The kitchen benefits from having an oven with built in grill, 4 ring hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, built in fridge with freezer compartment, crockery, cutlery and all utensils. Each Lodge has a paved patio, accessed through French windows, with table and chairs for you to enjoy the outdoors and lovely views along with a grassed garden area. All linen and towels are provided. The Lodges, and indeed Coddenham, are ideally situated for you to make the most of exploring Suffolk. We have numerous walks right on our doorstep, and wildlife galore visiting the property. Coddenham itself boasts the medieval St Mary's Church, Coddenham Food Store which provides fresh bakery, veg, deli, off license, gifts, outreach Post Office and cafe, then there's the Community Sports Hall with its tennis courts, badminton court and bowls green, the Country Club if you fancy a tipple . The heritage coast with the towns of Aldeburgh and Southwold are only a 45 minute drive, and Constable country with the towns of Flatford and Dedham are just a 30 minute drive. Don't forget to visit Lavenham and Long Melford, wonderful for an antiques hunt, again only a 30 minute drive. In fairness to everyone, and to all the wildlife around us, we do not accept pets .
