Spread out in the more than 5,200 square feet of living space on 3 levels and enjoy all that beautiful Lake Gaston has to offer. Relax in the spacious, brightly lit great room, prepare meals in the fully stocked gourmet kitchen, and dine with family and friends in the dining area with seating for 14. Take in the views and enjoy the summer breeze on the screen porch or on the expansive upper and lower outside decks. Enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub with spectacular views of the lake. Grill your favorite foods on our 2021 Weber gas grill (which features a built-in propane line so no tank required), then head down to the lower level for more space to relax and entertain, including couches, television, bar, and pool table. Enjoy wireless internet throughout the home and satellite TV so you can watch your favorite team play. And don't miss the garage game room with ping pong, foosball, basketball pop-a-shot and a Ms Pacman arcade game, plus a second refrigerator for convenient access to food, drinks and snacks. Of course, the main attraction is beautiful Lake Gaston only a few steps away from the house. We have lake toys galore including 4 kayaks, 2 stand up paddle boards, a floating swim mat, and other various inflatables. Life jackets included! Soak up rays on the oversized sun deck complete with lounge chairs, tables, plenty of seating, and our newly added jump gates so that not one, but TWO people can take the plunge off the top deck (if you’re brave enough!!). Our lot is oriented so that there is both shade and sun even in the middle of the day! Enjoy swimming in the deep water (8-10 feet off the end of the dock), or try your luck fishing. Paddle a kayak or paddle board on the main lake or explore Hawtree Creek just a short distance down the shore. Two boat slips with lifts and a jet ski lift are available for use by our guests, and a public boat ramp is located just 3 minutes from our home. After a long day on the lake, enjoy smores at our firepit and watch the spectacular sunsets from the sundeck. As the evening light fades, relish the magic of summer at the lake as the fireflies make their appearance. Another perfect day at Firefly Bay! Bedrooms/Bathrooms: Main level master suite with king bed and en suite full bathroom with jacuzzi tub. Upper level bedroom suite with 2 queen beds and additional adjoining space with chaise lounge (great for families!). Pack 'N Play and full size air mattress also available. Upper level bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom just across the hall. Upper level bunk room with 3 twin over double bunk beds with brand new en suite full bathroom. Lower level bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom just steps away. Bath towels and bed linens provided, with beds made up prior to your arrival. Please bring your own lake towels. We do have a private connection for pontoon rental (must reserve in advance due to high demand). Please note that we have a Kwikset Smart Lock and Ring doorbell at the front door for guests' convenience and security. 7-day minimum (Saturday to Saturday) during summer season.
