Stunning, renovated house new to Vrbo with great location; 5 minute walk to amazing Isla Verde beaches! Steps to Panadería España (very popular coffee/deli shop), restaurants, supermarket & many other shops. Property has 2 stories; main house is at the bottom level, it consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living & dining area, and swimming pool/bbq grill area. Includes apartment unit on top level, consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room & full kitchen. A total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This magnificent house can accommodate up to 20 guests; 14 at the main house (bottom level), and 6 at the upper level apartment unit. There are new A/C units and ceiling fans in the entire property. Kitchens are fully equipped with cooking basics, cutlery, plateware, glassware, utensils, fridge, stove & oven, toaster, microwave, blender, and coffee maker. The space is set up for 16 guests, but for an additional fee, we can accommodate up to 4 extra guests by providing 1 or 2 high quality Queen air mattresses, depending on your needs. Every room has its own A/C unit and ceiling fan; WIFI is provided. There are 4 Smart TVs in total, 3 at the main house & 1 at the apartment. Common pool area is on the outside of property; there are lounge chairs, picnic table & umbrella where you can sit, relax and enjoy the outdoors. There is also a barbecue grill. Pool area also has its own bathroom and outdoor shower. Please, note that at the time of your visit, other guests may be staying at the other 2 apartment units at the top floor. The swimming pool is a common (shared) space, which all guests in the property are welcome to enjoy.
