The Forest Lake Partridge House Near Fort Jackson

This Forest Lake Neighborhood vintage home has been recently renovated and outfitted with brand new fun and colorful furnishings. The living room has a queen size pull-out sofa and Roku TV, the dining room has seating for 6+, the kitchen has vaulted ceilings with a skylight and the attached breakfast nook is perfect for your morning coffee, remote work or a glass of wine overlooking the wooded back yard. Don't forget the two stylish queen size guest bedrooms and the renovated full size bathroom. We live nearby and are accessible by the Airbnb app, phone or text during your stay. Please check your Airbnb messages regularly as we will be corresponding with you there with check-in instructions 3 days prior to arrival and your personalized door code the morning of arrival. Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 11AM. You may park 2 vehicles in the dedicated concrete parking area with the wooden walkway and rails around it. Street parking is also free. The steps and walk lead you up to the front covered entry porch where you will enter your personalized entry code. If you have the Airbnb app open upon arrival there are step by step instructions including photos that will help make check-in a breeze! Your personalized door code is sent to you the day of arrival through the Airbnb app at 10AM and is only active between the check-in and check-out times and dates of your arrival and departure. We provide enough paper towels, toilet paper, and bath toiletries to get you started. If this is a longer stay or you intend to spend the majority of your time at the apartment, please plan to provide additional paper towels and toilet paper for yourself. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, sink, electric stove, dishwasher, and stacked washer and dryer in the closet. There are dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, colander, cutting boards, baking sheets, coffee mugs, knives, and various odds and ends stocked in the kitchen cabinets and drawers. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are stored on top of the stacked washer and dryer. The Richland County trash and recycling bins are kept at the street and pick-up is on Tuesdays for trash and yard waste and every other Tuesday for recycling. The door off of the breakfast room leads out to the large rear deck (manual lock, no keypad). Salt, pepper, cooking spray, and oil are provided. A coffee maker and coffee grinder are also provided with whole roast coffee beans roasted by The Roastery, an Oliver Gospel Mission subsidiary (see the package on the counter and the link https://www.olivergospel.org/roastery). We also provide powdered creamer, sugar and artificial sweetener. A two-slice toaster is also provided and kept inside of the cabinet. There is a water filter and ice dispenser built into the refrigerator door. The dining room has seating for 6 people and the eat-in breakfast room off of the kitchen may seat up to an additional 4 people. The internet modem and router are located inside of the built-in in the breakfast room off of the kitchen. You may plug an ethernet cable directly into the modem if your remote work requires a hardwired connection. Do not unplug the white hub as this provides Wi-Fi and connects your door code to the front door lock. The renovated bathroom has a hair dryer and extra bath linens in the hall linen closet along with some cleaning supplies. We stock two sets of mini bar soaps and travel size body wash, shampoo and conditioner for each stay. Please always run the bathroom exhaust fan when bathing or showering. The living area has a three seater sofa that pulls out into a queen size bed, side chair and a 50" Roku TV (no cable). The fireplace is not to be used by guests and for aesthetics only. Extra bedding for the sofa bed is housed in the pink bedroom closet. There are two queen size guest bedrooms with brand new memory foam mattresses, upholstered bed frames and sound machines. The pink room has double closets, bedside tables with lamps, and a mirror. The yellow room has a closet, dresser, and bedside table with lamp. The blue bedroom is directly off of the living room and has a king size upholstered memory foam bed and fresh linens. There is a sound machine, charging stations and bedside lamps on the tables on either side of the bed. The closet has hanging space and also houses the vacuum. Please check the drawers and closet for personal items prior to check-out. There is a fire extinguisher under the sink in the kitchen along with flashlights and a first aid kit. The back deck has a dining set with six (6) chairs. The chair cushions are housed in the pink bedroom closet. Please return the cushions to the closet when not in use and help us keep the cushions clean, dry and ready for future stays. Please be mindful of your neighbors during your stay and adhere to the quiet hours of 10PM - 8AM every day of the week, 365 days a year, inside and outside of the house. No smoking inside of the house at any time under any circumstances. You will be charged a $250 to cover our cleaning costs + any additional damages through Airbnb's Resolution Center if you smoke indoors. No pets are allowed inside of the house at any time. A $250 fee will be charged through the Resolution Center if an animal is inside of at any time. If you leave the house or grounds in a state that requires extra time and or cleaning to prepare for the next guest we will charge the additional costs to you through the Resolution Center. If you do not check-out at 11AM we will charge you an additional night's stay for delaying us and our cleaning staff from preparing for the next guest. We need all of the time we can get to fully prepare and clean the house per Airbnb's Enhanced Cleaning Guidelines (https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/2809/what-is-airbnbs-5step-enhanced-cleaning-process). Check-Out Instructions: Please place all used bath and kitchen linens in a pile in front of the washer and dryer. You may leave the beds made and the linens in place for our cleaning staff. Please leave the sofa bed open and made if it was used during your stay. Never close the sofa bed with pillows or blankets inside as this may cause damage. Take any trash and or recycling out with you at departure. The outside bins are located at the street. Please wash and leave any dishes out to dry prior to departure or run in the dishwasher with the provided dishwasher soap tabs under the sink. Log out of any streaming apps on the Roku TV prior to departure. We will not do this for you. Check for any lost of forgotten items.
