We believe the location and size of the property is ideal for groups visiting Newcastle on a budget who want to stay under the same roof on the weekends or contractors that are working in the area who prefer to have their own rooms with the benefit of a full kitchen and amenities. The Space: The apartment has been designed as 2 x King Beds, 2 x Double Beds and 2 x Single Beds. With a main bathroom and an additional shower room and toilet on the 2nd floor. It is spacious enough to accommodate large groups and not feel crowded but limited space is available for a sit down meal for 10 people, the most you could accommodate for a sit down meal is 4. Guest Access: Once pre-checkin forms have been received and completed arrival instructions will be sent to you starting from 7 days prior to your arrival.
