About this space This quirky 1 bedroom guest house is set in a secluded valley in the heart of the South Downs and close to the pretty downland villages of Stoughton and Walderton, yet still within easy access of the sandy expanse of West Wittering Beach, part of Chichester Harbour. It's perfect for anyone wishing to walk or cycle in the beautiful countryside of the South Downs National Park. Chichester is a few miles away, as well as The Goodwood Estate, world famous for its motor and horse racing events. The space This 1 bedroomed guest lodge offers a flexible layout as the bedroom can be configured with twin beds or they can be zipped together making a large double. The sitting room has a sofa bed that can sleep one more person. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and there is a full kitchen. There are beautiful views across the fields from the property. Guest access Guests will have the entire home to themselves. There is parking right outside the property itself. Access to the property and carpark is via a secure locked access gate. Other things to note Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am. Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys - please be careful with them.
