Flat at the ground floor, a few steps away from the main square of Sirolo. Moreover, just 50m far away, is located the nearest bus stop to the beach. The apartment is composed by: - living room with kitchen area; - two double bedrooms (king size beds), optional the 5th single bed; - bathroom. (eviterei di scriverci piccolo). Flat is equipped with: - autonoumous heating system; - washing machine; - full set kitchenware; - hairdryer; - Satellite TV; - Coffe Machine; - Soap and Shower Gel for free. The area is featured by restaurants, trendy bars, and typical shops. The kitchen, despite its tiny dimension, is fully equipped. Dining table is extendable in order to satisfy any particular space need. You could find, included in the rent fare, a coffee machine with italian coffee pods, a chocolate box and a bottle of water. Furthermore, we provide a wide range of bed linens, towels, bed sheets, blankets and shampoo/shower gels. Caution. Towels cost 8 euros (total). We provide a complete set (large, medium, small) per person, payable locally. In case you want to bring your towels I ask you to let me know. thank you sheets included.
