The ground floor has a modern design with an open plan kitchen, dining and living room, featuring a beautiful wood burning stove for cosy nights. The living room has large French doors that open onto the outside terrace, a Smart TV and a large Bluetooth speaker. The kitchen is fully equipped featuring a breakfast bar, built in dishwasher and fridge, with a Nespresso coffee machine and a large variety of all necessary utensils. The dining room has seating for four people. There is also a downstairs toilet next to the kitchen. The first floor has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite with a shower and there is a second bathroom with a bath tub.
