Summary: This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, perfectly located one street from the beach, is truly a hidden gem. With multiple hang out spaces it is ideal for a large family holiday, multi-family gathering or a fun getaway with a group of friends. Three of the bedrooms boast high quality, super comfortable king-size beds. The third bedroom has king-single bunks plus there’s an extra double fold down bed in the rumpus room. The pristine magnesium mineral swimming pool, surrounded by fairy lights at night, will create wonderful memories for young and old. With quality designer touches throughout, along with ample space inside and out, the house has a sophisticated yet chilled vibe for you to enjoy your time away from home. Be entertained in the lounge room and rumpus room with 65" Smart TV’s, with Netflix ready to go. (with house account, so you don’t have to sign in and out using yours). Swim in the pool or stroll 2 minutes and you’re on the white sand. Walking distance to trendy Kingscliff cafe’s, unique clothing and art stores and the iconic Kingscliff Hotel with regular live music and events. You’re only a short drive to Tweed Heads and great places to visit such as ‘Farm & Co', 'Tweed River House', 'Salt Day Spa' and the ‘Earth Beer Company’. Byron Bay and Surfers Paradise are 45 minutes by car and Coolangatta Airport just 15 minutes away. The Space: Enter the property into a leafy courtyard with an outdoor table setting for 10 people. A paved pathway then leads around the side of the house to the main entrance, passing a patio area with a gas barbecue and another table setting for 4 people. Up a step to yet another patio area with an outdoor day bed and more seating. Both of these spaces overlook the kidney shaped in-ground swimming pool. You’ll enter the house via glass sliding doors into an open-plan L-shaped living/dining/kitchen area with tiled flooring, a large comfy modular King Furniture sofa, occasional chairs, stylish decor and a 65' ‘Smart’ TV. The dining area has a table for up to 10 people and air conditioning, flowing through to the kitchen which comes fully equipped with a microwave, Bosch dishwasher, a family sized double door fridge with freezer below, an electric cooktop and a Westinghouse wall-oven. Sink into the king-sized bed in bedroom 1, with ceiling fan, blockout blinds and glass sliding doors that lead out to the patio overlooking the pool. Bedroom 2 has solid timber king-single bunks, block out blind and a pedestal fan. Bedroom 3, at the end of the house, includes a door to the leafy courtyard and comes with another king-size bed, wall-mounted reverse-cycle air-con and block out blinds. (These doors can also be used be used as an entrance into the house if desired). The fourth bedroom comes off the dining room and has plenty of space for the luxury king size bed, a stylish peacock chair, a blockout blind and windows out to the pool area. The master bathroom has floor-to-ceiling tiles, an open shower with frameless clear glass petition wall and a separate full-length bath tub. A second bathroom comes with its own frameless glass shower that’s also home to a washing machine and dryer. A great feature of the house is the totally separate ‘chill-out’ large rumpus room on the other side of the pool, with 2 comfy and colourful couches, another 65” ‘Smart’ TV, a ceiling fan, board games and puzzles for family fun and an ottoman that opens out to a double bed, bringing the total sleeping capacity of the house to 10 people if needed. This is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy everything Kingscliff and the surrounding area has to offer. The Neighborhood: Located just south of Tweed Heads and 15 minutes drive from Coolangatta Airport, Kingscliff is coastal town in New South Wales popular for its relaxed, beachy lifestyle. The house itself is well positioned, literally a stroll to the beach and a few minutes drive (or under 20 minutes walk) to Kingscliff’s main shopping strip offering cafes, shops, a Woolworths supermarket and the Kingscliff Beach Hotel. Other local attractions include ‘Farm & Co’, a perfect place to bring the family for farm walks and organic fruit and veg, and the ‘Earth Beer Company’ where you can enjoy a selection of beers and a meal, both under 10 minutes by car. Fingal Head Beach is 12 minutes drive away, known for its Indigenous surf comp , as well as the culturally significant Fingal Heads' Dreamtime Beach. The house is stone's throw from the M1, giving you access to Byron Bay in about 45 minutes, as well as Crystal Castle and the Shambhala Gardens. Surfers Paradis is also under an hour away by car, along with Movieworld, Dreamworld and Seaworld. Getting Around: The house is best suited to guests with a car, but public transport is also available nearby, with bus services just a 2 minute walk away taking you into Tweed Heads in under half an hour. Other Things to Note: * A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month.
