Fantastic apartment with canal view in historic heart of Bruges!

Summary: Welcome to the most beautiful area of Bruges in this modern and fully equipped apartment overlooking the famous canals. At only 5 minutes walking distance from the Market square, this is the perfect getaway for your city trip to Bruges. Fully equipped in order to make your stay even more comfortable, we look forward to welcoming you soon! The Space: This spacious and comfortable apartment has everything you need. The first bedroom has a king size double bed and an ensuite bathroom with double sink and shower/bath (2 in 1). Downstairs there's another bedroom with a king size double bed and a single bunk bed. There's an extra shower and separate toilet with sink. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect to prepare cosy family dinners with Smegg oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and a Nespresso coffee maker. Last but not least we provide a washer, dryer, ironer, hair dryer, etc... This can all be found in the apartment! Guest Access: Guests have private access to the entire apartment and private underground parking for 1 car (no vans). The Neighborhood: If you are looking for the most precious part of Bruges with a 5 min walk to the market (Heart of Bruges) this is your place to be. No noise and a great canal view are just a few of the great assets. You'll love it! The house is located in one of the UNESCO named inner parts of Bruges where the horse carriages pass the front door. This provide an amazing experience and feel with the history of Bruges. On a 5-minute walk you'll reach the cathedral, the belfry and every other must-see & do. Even closer, within walking distance is the "Groeninge Museum" which provides a varied overview of the history of Belgian visual art, with the top-class paintings by the world-renowned Flemish primitives. Without good food is nothing possible but luckily these are once again found nearby. From Breakfast to Lunch to High Tea or Diner. Belgian waffles, excellent coffee, typical Belgium food or a top restaurant. All our local and handpicked tips are provided upon confirmation of your booking. For those who want to do shopping or walking, the Location is also excellent as you are once again within a 5-minute walking distance of the canal & main shopping streets. Need a fresh sea breeze? The Belgian coast and sea can be reached in 20 minutes by car and is one of my favorite things to do after a few days Bruges. Getting Around: ***PRIVATE PARKING*** The private parking space is 100m from the house and is located in an underground parking garage. There is room for 1 car. Please note that this car park is suitable for normal sized cars. Unfortunately, larger cars and vans do not take passengers (size of the parking garage is 2.00 meters high, 2.30 meters wide and 4.80 meters deep). ***ACCESSIBILITY*** You can easily reach the house by public transport and car. Luggage can be unloaded comfortably at the doorstep for a few minutes and look for parking afterwards. ***PUBLIC TRANSPORT*** There is a bus stop at 250 meters from the house. Bus 1, 6 and 11 leave from the front of the station at perron 1, and you must get off at the stop “Garenmarkt (Bus 1 & 11)” or “O.l.v kerk (Bus 6)”. You can also take a taxi from the station to the house which will cost approximately 10-15 euro. Taxis can be found next to the busses. Other Things to Note: *** EXTRA INFORMATION *** - We provide prepared beds with the high-quality bed linen. One pair of bed linens per guest, per stay. More bed linen can be ordered during your stay at a surcharge. Baby bed linen is not included. - We provide soft and thick bath towels. One big and one small towel per guest, per stay. More bath towels can be ordered during your stay at a surcharge. - We provide a Nespresso machine and 2 free capsules per guest, per stay. - We provide Rituals, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shower gel, hand-soap good for 3 days. - We provide a few starting amenities enough for at least 3 days: sugar, olive oil, pepper & salt, handwash, detergent, kitchen-towel, kitchen-cloth and a kitchen sponge, kitchen paper and trash bin with bags. We also provide dishwasher tablets if a dishwasher is available. *** HOUSE RULES *** - We do not allow smoking. - We do not allow parties. - If pets are allowed, an extra charge of 50 euros will be charged for hygiene reasons. This is only upon request and after confirmation. - We do not allow guests under 26 years. We can make an exception upon request. - We ask all our guests to respect the low noise hours between 22:00 - 08:00. - We ask all our guests to use everything with respect as if it were their own. In case of damage, the paid deposit will be kept for the respective amount. A secure link will be sent to you via Swikly for which you need a credit card. The charged fees for things like accommodation and cleaning are split in 90% for real estate rental and 10% for rental of furniture. Interaction with Guests: We always try to welcome you in person, but after the check-in, we respect your privacy 100%! This said we will always be available to help or answer any questions you might have. Important to mention is that we offer a wide range of extra services such as bikes, local tips, taxi services, and so much more so please don't hesitate to ask.
