Medbourne, is in an unspoilt corner of the Leicestershire countryside and is one of the UK's prettiest villages with a river running through its centre, quaint cottages with thatched roofs, chocolate box views, village green and a local village shop/Post Office offering daily essentials. There are lovely walks and cycle rides as well as a stunning riverside pub, the Nevill Arms; serving outstanding food and real ales as well as a courtyard café offering delicious brunch and lunch options - a real hidden gem overlooking the river! Medbourne is not only steeped in history with the railway station closed as long ago as 1916. It is regarded as the most sought-after village to stay within the Welland Valley and is also just 10 minutes’ drive from Market Harborough and 15 minutes’ drive from the exclusive town of Uppingham. We also have a games console, air hockey table and an Alexa in the snug for children (or adults!). There are parking spaces for up to two cars on the driveway.
